Step 1: Mixing

Add clean cold water into the mixing bucket and add Rhino Cretestone to the water and mix until the desired consistency has been reached. Clean the tools used for mixing in clean cold water.

Step 2: Application

Lay a plastic sheet on the floor to contain droplets. Apply Rhinotape over all the joints ensuring that no joints are protruding, ensure there is no dust particles/ oil on spots on the surface area that may hinder the finish product from adhering to the ceiling board.  Scoop Rhinolite Crete Stone from the mixing bucket onto the handhawk. Take a clean steel trowel and scoop plaster from the handhawk and apply onto the ceiling board, applying a minimum thickness of 3 mm.

Once applied to the entire ceiling board surface, take a clean steel trowel and level off any uneven areas. Leave to set. Using the back of your hand, touch the surface to determine whether the plaster is set. Once set, polish the surface by using clean, cold water and a clean steel trowel. Sprinkle the clean, cold water over the surface and using a steel trowel, run over the surface until satisfied.
