Khwezi FC received a complete kit donation for their team. The generous donation by Cashbuild included two soccer balls, a complete set of jerseys, shorts and socks for all team players and the goalkeeper.
The Cofimvaba-based team plans to wear their donated kit with pride at local community soccer matches, tournaments, and other regional competitions in which they will participate.
“Your donation will help Khwezi Football Club to continue delivering sports-based group therapy to kids, helping to heal and strengthen youth challenged by social, emotional or behavioural issues while breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health.” Nomakwezi Dlali, who is a coach.
“Cashbuild takes pride in assisting and supporting local sports clubs in communities we serve. This donation is one of many that we made, and we are going to increase this type of donation to get our youngsters off the street and into sports fields, “says Thembelani Tukwayo, Head of Cashbuild Community Support Initiatives.
